This page is to assist the three prospective buyers of our Seabreezes building plot (number 6) in respect of the substantial progress made on-site to fulfil the “serviced” element of each building plot. Please note, we prefer to give the grace of time to buyer number one and if they don’t complete, then buyer number two has a period of exclusivity, then number 3 if necessary. This is more respectful and fair to our buyers.
